The Salone del Mobilé in Milan is the annual international design fair. For over 50 years, this event has been held in Milan, setting the global standard for exclusive design and high-quality products. In 2017, I was selected, along with several other Dutch designers, to present my work at the Salone del Mobile in the historic Palazzo Turatti.
Palazzo Francesco Turrati Milaan
The Palazzo Francesco Turati was built in 1880. It is an impressive historic building with a beautifully restored interior. Over time, it has been renovated and adapted to the changing eras. During the Salone, the Palazzo becomes the exclusive domain for Dutch design. Under the title Masterly – The Dutch in Milano, Dutch designers, artisanal manufacturers, design agencies, and collectives present their work annually in the heart of Milan.
