ES. | Unique Handmade Ceramics and Exclusive Tableware
ES. was founded in 2005 by artist-designer. Since then, Esther has been creating unique collections of ceramics that are both beautiful and functional. Each series is designed and handmade in her Dutch studio. Esther spends a lot of time on research, such as developing her own glaze recipes. The Oxides series is a good example of this.
Custom Ceramic
E.S. stands for unique handmade ceramics. Over the years, the focus has increasingly shifted to custom-made pieces for both private individuals and companies. Think of personalized tableware with inscriptions such as a birth or wedding date, or a company logo.

Bij ES. vindt je handgemaakt en bijzonder keramiek voor interieur, serviesgoed en business gifts. Binnen Interior Design heeft ES. bijvoorbeeld handgemaakte waskommen, lichtobjecten en andere unieke keramische items ontworpen. Het serviesgoed is verkrijgbaar in exclusieve series zoals Delfts Blauw of Oxides. Voor business gifts biedt ES. volledig op maat gemaakte trajecten, waarbij je samen met Esther een persoonlijk geschenk ontwerpt en laat maken.

Every item conceived and crafted in the studio in the Netherlands is a singular creation. Handmade with care, each piece is often adorned with a personal inscription, lending it a distinctive character and ensuring its uniqueness.
Personal welcome in the studio
Because almost all assignments are unique, Esther likes to receive her clients in her studio. Each client gets the attention and time needed this way.This offers each client the time and attention necessary to ensure their vision is fully understood. This personal approach allows for a deeper connection and insight into their individual desires. The studio's inspiring setting—filled with materials, samples of past commissions, and current collections—serves as a wellspring of inspiration, fostering the creation of new ideas.
Process custom made ceramics
The customization process usually starts with a brainstorming session in the studio. Here you can view all kinds of examples and materials to get inspired. Then proposals are made and a prototype is made. Based on this, the final design is executed, including any packaging options and marketing materials.
